Returns

Under our free returns policy, customers returning or exchanging an item will be refunded their return shipping fee up to a value of 6.00 GBP. This will be done within 10 working days of Sub Sun receiving the returned item. This assumes the item is in its unused original condition and the shipping receipt is provided.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your Sub Sun’s, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange the return. Please see the instructions below:

  1. Drop us an email to: contact@subsun.co.uk requesting your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely.
  3. Ship your item to the following address: Sub Sun LTD, 45 Middleton Road, Haggerston, London, E8 4BJ, United Kingdom.
  4. Once we receive the item we will assess its condition. Provided the item is in its unused original condition we will issue a product and return shipping fee refund within 10 working days (evidence of shipping receipt is required). 

(Original Shipping costs are non-refundable).

You must send your return item tracked in order to be sure that you will receive a refund. If an item is returned untracked and does not reach us, you will not be issued with a refund. We recommend that you send the item ‘Royal Mail tracked 48’.

Exchange Policy

  2. Pack the item securely.
  3. Ship your item to the following address: Sub Sun LTD, 45 Middleton Road, Haggerston, London, E8 4BJ, United Kingdom. We would recommend tracked delivery.
  4. Once we receive the item we will assess its condition. Provided the item is in its unused original¬†condition we will dispatch your new Sub Sun’s within 10 working days and provide a return shipping fee refund (evidence of shipping receipt is required).
